Continuing our newsletter from last week we’ll focus on Christmas gift inspiration, this week diving into rings.
If you want to give a gift that is more than just material this year, then go for the trusty ring which is, in many ways, the perfect gift. A ring symbolises everlasting love because of the circle’s cyclical and eternal character and therefore means commitment, devotion, or simply ‘I love you.’
The Eternity Ring
Personally, I recommend gifting an eternity ring, a ring with diamonds set all around. It’s a classic, timeless piece which is glamorous yet subtle. The eternity ring can be traced back almost 4,000 years to the Ancient Egyptians where it was a representative and token of both love and life. It is easily paired with your loved one’s current jewellery, and is something that they’ll be able to cherish forever. You can even decide to simply keep the diamonds to the front of the ring. The best thing about gifting an eternity ring, is that you can wear one, two, or maybe even a whole stalk. Each ring might refer to different occasions, with different meanings and value. The price of an eternity ring depends on the size and quality of the diamonds, the price for an eternity ring starts from 1500 Euro. Our eternity rings are set with 18k gold, making it less prone to oxidation and giving a brighter finished appearance. We individually inspect each diamond to guarantee they are all of similar size, shape, colour, and clarity to match each other giving the perfect finish.
The Halo Ring
For a more centrepiece ring, something that is still subtle yet stunning, go for a diamond ring with a halo (the diamond ‘ring’ around the centre stone). These rings are remarkable and, like the eternity ring, are simple, classic, and timeless. The ring around the centre diamond makes the diamond appear visually larger and here you can decide whether you want diamonds all around the band, just in the front, or no diamonds at all.
A Customised Ring
If you know her taste well, and you want to gift something that’s more personalised, then I suggest we design a ring together. Below are some pictures of the different variations of eternity rings we’re able to create to draw inspiration from. Whether you want to give a ring with solely diamonds, diamonds combined with colourful gems, or simply a gem, we’re able to create something that will make the perfect gift.
Besides eternity rings, we can also design a solitaire ring that fits your taste and budget. There are so many different kinds of stones and settings that can be used, so I suggest you take a look at our Gallery on our webpage for inspiration.
This concludes our newsletters on the perfect Christmas gift. If you want to give your loved one a piece of jewellery this Christmas, whether it be a ring, bracelet, necklace, or earrings, let me know by the 12th of December, so we have enough time to create something beautiful.
